Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 5, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, AND THE WEST 5 FEET OF LOT 12, BLOCK B, ROCK HARBOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND: A LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND BEING A PART OF LOT 12, BLOCK B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF ROCK HARBOR RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA BEING SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12, RUN WESTERLY ON THE SOUTH LINE THEREOF FOR 34.93 FEET TO ESTABLISH THE POINT OF BEGINNING. FROM THE DESCRIBED POINT OF BEGINNING RUN NORTH 1° 57' 10” EAST FOR 147 FEET MORE OR LESS, TO THE SHORE LINE OF ROCK CREEK; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SAID SHORE LINE FOR 29 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A LINE PARALLEL WITH AND 5 FEET EAST (MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES) OF THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 12; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY PARALLEL WITH THE SAID WEST LINE, FOR 151 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SAID LOT; THENCE EASTERLY ON THE SAID SOUTH LINE FOR 34.93 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 2371 HARBOR ROAD, NAPLES, FL 34104; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on September 8, 2016 @ 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
