LOT 11, BLOCK B, AND THE WEST 5 FEET OF LOT 12, BLOCK B, ROCK HARBOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND: A LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND BEING A PART OF LOT 12, BLOCK B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF ROCK HARBOR RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA BEING SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12, RUN WESTERLY ON THE SOUTH LINE THEREOF FOR 34.93 FEET TO ESTABLISH THE POINT OF BEGINNING. and commonly known as: 2371 HARBOR ROAD, NAPLES, FL 34104; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on September 8, 2016 @ 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
