YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title on the following property in Collier County, has been filed against you:
The Northern one-half of Lot 29 and all of Lot 30, Block 2, Pearce Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 107, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written objections on Michael D. Randolph, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1404 Dean Street, Suite 300, Fort Myers, Florida 33901 on or before September 23, 2016 and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice will be published once each week for four consecutive weeks.
