The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you, M&M Liquidating, LLC f/k/a Mike's Transportation, LLC, an involuntarily dissolved Illinois limited liability company, SMK Partners, LLC f/k/a Restoration Services, LLC, an involuntarily dissolved Illinois limited liability company, Keith Marino, individually and Susan Marino, individually, Defendants in the above-entitled suit, that a suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Court of DuPage County, Wheaton, Illinois by the Plaintiffs, against Defendants praying for judgment against them, and each of you, individually. And for such other relief prayed; that summons was duly issued out of the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending.
NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said above Defendants, file your answer to the Complaint in the said suit or, otherwise make your appearance therein, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, at the Courthouse in the City of Wheaton, County of DuPage, State of Illinois, on or before the 3rd day of October, 2016, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said complaint.
