NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 04, 2016, and entered in 2015CA002809000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO UNION PLANTERS BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CINDY LOU BARTON A/K/A CINDY BARTON, DECEASED; AMERICAN LENDING GROUP-STL, INC.
