NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2016, entered in Case No. 2016CA-000474-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-KS9 is the Plaintiff and Kelly L. Ostlin; Mark E. Ostlin are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK E, MORNINGSIDE PARK FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
