NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 18, 2016 in the above-styled cause, Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk county clerk of court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on September 1, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., at www.polk.realforeclose.com, the following described property:

ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 15 OF CLOVERDALE SUBDIVISION ADDITION NO. ONE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE EAST A DISTANCE OF 10 FEET, THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 15 A DISTANCE OF 131.18 FEET; THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 10 FEET OR TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 15 AND THEN SOUTH ALONG THE EASTERLY SIDE OF LOT 15 TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
