NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 36 2015-CA-050760 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Anntoinette Smith aka Louise A. Smith a/k/a Louise Putnam Smith f/k/a Louise A. Gwaltney deceased, Anthony Glenn Gwaltney as an Heir of the Estate of Anntoinette Smith aka Louise A. Smith a/k/a Louise Putnam Smith f/k/a Louise A. Gwaltney deceased, Billy Joe Gwaltney as an Heir of the Estate of Anntoinette Smith aka Louise A. Smith a/k/a Louise Putnam Smith f/k/a Louise A. Gwaltney deceased, Lee County, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Patricia Gwaltney, Raymond Pasco Gwaltney III aka Raymond Pasco Gwaltney as an Heir of the Estate of Anntoinette Smith aka Louise A. Smith a/k/a Louise Putnam Smith f/k/a Louise A. Gwaltney deceased, State Farm Mutual Auto Ins. Co., as subrogee of Guy D. Bicknell, State of Florida, Vernon Eugene Smith as an Heir of the Estate of Anntoinette Smith aka Louise A. Smith a/k/a Louise Putnam Smith f/k/a Louise A. Gwaltney deceased, State of Florida Department of Revenue, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 23 day of September, 2016, following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
