Final Judgment was awarded on August 11, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-050669, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC3 is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF THOMAS F. EDMOND A/K/A THOMAS FRED EDMOND, DECEASED; DOREEN VENTURA A/K/A DOREEN DOROTHY VENTURA A/K/A DOREEN VENTURY; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A THOMAS R. LOVERIDGE; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF THOMAS F. EDMOND A/K/A THOMAS FRED EDMOND, DECEASED; THOMAS EDMOND JR.; MARIAH EDMOND, A MINOR CHILD, IN THE CARE OF HER PARENT AND NATURAL GUARDIAN, DOREEN VENTURA A/K/A DOREEN DOROTHY VENTURA A/K/A DOREEN VENTURY are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash Online Sale - www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00a.m. on 12 day of September, 2016 on, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK D, UNIT 2, GRAMAC, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10,PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
