NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11 day of August, 2016, and entered in Case No.14-CA-051195, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, NA, is the Plaintiff and MARTA YASMINN RIVERO A/K/A MARTA YASMIN RIVERO A/K/A MARTHA Y. DURAN A/K/A MARTHA Y. MANZANO; JOSE MARINO RIVERO A/K/A JOSE RIVERO; are defendants.
