NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10 day of August, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15CA050761, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and VINCENTE A. SANTIN A/K/A VICENTE A. SANTIN; MARIA A. SANTIN; and DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 8 day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
