NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2016, entered in Case No. 16-CA-000789 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee Under Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of October 1, 2006 Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2006-NC3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC3 is the Plaintiff and Greg Longville a/k/a Greg L. Longville; Rose Longville f/k/a Rose Myrick are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on September 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 32 AND 33, BLOCK 2314, UNIT 36, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 112 TO 130, INCLUSIVE, IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
