NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050691, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-6 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ANTHONY GRANDE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY GRANDE N/K/A LISA NEUMAN; are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 12 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 63 AND 64, BLOCK 2319, UNIT 36, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 112 THROUGH 130, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. BEING THE SAME PREMISES AS CONVEYED IN DEED FROM K. HOVNANIAN FIRST HOMES, LLC RECORDED 11/28/05 IN DOCUMENT NUMBER 2005000139220, IN SAID COUNTY AND STATE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
