ZAPATA A/K/A JOHN HENRY ZAPATA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RODRIGO VALENCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN H. ZAPATA A/K/A JOHN HENRY ZAPATA are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
