I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 9 day of December, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK E. ROSEMARY PARK NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
