Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and ROBERT W. SHAFFER;, is Defendant.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 9 day of December, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK E. ROSEMARY PARK NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
