CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 5 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and SANDRA D. BENNETT; HARBOUR COTTAGES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants.
