NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001435ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, PARK, DEBORAH, et. al., are Defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 14th day of September, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 266, TAMPA BAY GOLF AND TENNIS CLUB - PHASE VC, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 16, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
