NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA001996CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and SANDRA K. STROUD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA K. STROUD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; WYNDTREE MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 19 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, WYNDTREE PHASE 1 VILLAGE 1 AND VILLAGE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE(S) 43 THROUGH 48, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
