NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2013-CA-006200 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, HILDA L. GIRA, et. al., are Defendants, clerk Sharon S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of October, 2016, the following described property:
PARCEL 116, TIMBER LAKE ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, AND THE UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE OF INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TIMBER LAKE ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1369, PAGES 484 AND 537 AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1372, PAGES 598 TO 602 AND THEREBY SUPPLEMENTED BY OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1468, PAGE 133 AND THEREBY AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1468, PAGE 141 AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 33-36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ALL FUTURE AMENDMENTS AND/OR SUPPPLEMENTS THERETO.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
