RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed May 23, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2014CA000867CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH J. PRUDENTE A/K/A JOSEPH PRUDENTE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 3, GOLF CLUB VILLAGE BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 12-B, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 133 to 135, Public records of PASCO County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
