OF SAID CURVE: THENCE NORTH 24 DEGREES 19'11” WEST, 294.92 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 24 DEGREES 19'11” WEST, 100.00 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID RIGHT OF WAY RUN SOUTH 65 DEGREES 40'49” WEST, 440.86 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 24 DEGREES 19' 11” EAST, 100.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 65 DEGREES 40'49” EAST, 440.86 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
