NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-001709-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., Home Equity Asset Trust 2006-1, Home Equity Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Jeff Walls A/K/A Jeffrey A. Walls, Lexington Oaks of Pasco County Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant, Christina M. Walls, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 15th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
