NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered in the above styled Case Number 2015 CC 000257 NC, in the County Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 63, Building S, FAIRWAY OAKS (f/k/a Par 72), Phase 2, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 915, Page 837, and all amendments thereto, and restated in Official Records Book 5, Page 37, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements. LESS that part of the common elements taken by the State of Florida for road purposes in Order recorded in Official Records Book 2038, Page 2785 of the Public Records of Sarasota, Florida.
