TO: ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OR THEIR SUCCESSOR IN TRUST UNDER THE EMMA J. JOELS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE EMMA J. JOELS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST U/A/D JUNE 15, 2001, AS AMENDED, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against them, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit 415, THE CONDOMINIUM ON THE BAY, TOWER II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1546, Page 1511, et seq., and as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 19, Page 33 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by THE CONDOMINIUM ON THE BAY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or September 19, 2016; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER (Sarasota Edition).
