NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2016, wherein, KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2015-2, is the Plaintiff, and LEO F. HARVEY, SR., VINCANNA GODET-HARVEY F/K/A VINCANNA GODET-NEGRELLI, and CEDAR CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on NOVEMBER 9, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
