NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015 CA 004400 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Saxon Asset Securities Trust 2007-2 Mortgage Loan Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and Penny Sue Stuckey a/k/a Penny Stuckey a/k/a Penny S. Stuckey a/k/a Penny S. Ramsey; Unknown Spouse of Penny Sue Stuckey a/k/a Penny Stuckey a/k/a Penny S. Stuckey a/k/a Penny S. Ramsey; Federated Capital Corporation f/k/a Federated Financial Corporation of America are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 14th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 2/3 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 199.45 FEET THEREOF AND SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT ACROSS THE EASTERLY 760 FEET OF THE WESTERLY 61 FEET AND AN EASEMENT ACROSS THE NORTHERLY 10 FEET.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
