NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 5, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015 CA 004841 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Asset Trust 2007-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff and Ildiko Z. Pall; Peter Z. Pall are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 7th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 1854, 39TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 14, 14A THROUGH 14E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
