NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 16, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 006069 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and LANE, ORVILLE, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m on October 14, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 706, BUILDING 1, VENICE COSTA BRAVA, A CONDOMINIUM, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1038, PAGE 1373, AND AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 1115, PAGE 864, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 30, 30A, 30B, AND 30C AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 15, 15A, 15B, 15C, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/26TH INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN THE AFORESAID DECLARATION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO.
