Peters Revocable Living Trust dated September 17, 1969, as Amended, Caldwell Trust Company, as Successor Trustee of the Robert A. Peters Revocable Living Trust dated September 17, 1969, as Amended, Gordon John Peters a/k/a Gordon J. Peters, as Beneficiary of the Robert A. Peters Revocable Living Trust dated September 17, 1969, as Amended, Leonard R. Peters, as Beneficiary of the Robert A. Peters Revocable Living Trust dated September 17, 1969, as Amended, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 14th of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

SOUTH 88.6 FEET OF THE NORTH 974.6 FEET OF U.S. LOT 4 IN SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A PARCEL FRONTING 100 FEET OF THE GULF OF MEXICO AND RUNNING FROM SAID GULF OF MEXICO TO LEMON BAY; LESS THAT PORTION LYING WEST OF THE EXISTING COUNTY ROAD BEING A PARCEL FRONTING 100 FEET ON THE GULF OF MEXICO AND EXTENDING TO THE COUNTY ROAD.
TOGETHER WITH ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST THAT THE GRANTOR HAS IN AND TO ANY SUBMERGED LAND AND LYING IN FRONT OF SAID PROPERTY AND ALL RIPARIAN AND LITTORAL RIGHTS THAT THE GRANTOR MIGHT HAVE APPERTAINING TO SAID PROPERTY.

TOGETHER WITH: A 5 FOOT EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SOUTH 88.6 FEET OF THE NORTH 886 FEET OF AFORESAID U.S. GOVERNMENT LOT 4, EXTENDING FROM THE AFORESAID COUNTY ROAD WESTWARD TO THE GULF OF MEXICO. SUBJECT TO: THAT CERTAIN 5 FOOT EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF THE LANDS HEREBY CONVEYED, EXTENDING FROM THE AFORESAID COUNTY ROAD EASTWARD TO LEMON BAY, SAID EASEMENT HAVING BEEN GRANTED IN DEED RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 306, PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
