NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2016, and entered in 2013-CA-007123 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2007-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE1 is the Plaintiff and LUIS GONGORA; MARIANELA CHAVEZ are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 27, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
