NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2016, and entered in 13-CA-007313 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ERIC DIGGS A/K/A ERIC J. DIGGS; CHEQUAN DIGGS; STATE OF FLORIDA C/O ATTORNEY GENERAL; CLERK OF THE COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 26, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
