NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3rd, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001452 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank Of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Carroll Landing Property Owners Association, Inc., Eldon D. Sharpley, III a/k/a Eldon Sharpley, Grow Financial Federal Credit Union fka Macdill Federal Credit Union, Terry J. Medlock, Unknown Party #1 Kate Morgaman, Unknown Party #2 NKA Phillip Morgaman, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
