NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 2 August, 2016, and entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-011137 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GTE Federal Credit Union d/b/a/ GTE Financial, is the Plaintiff and Carrington Communities, Inc., Lakeview at Calusa Trace Condominium Association, Inc., Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 7th of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 6112, OF LAKEVIEW AT CALUSA TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15389, PAGES 553 THROUGH 678, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
