NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-10268 DIV N, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MICHELLE NELSON A/K/A MICHELLE GOURNEY NELSON, DECEASED; VICTORIA ROSE NELSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTORIA ROSE NELSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A.; TOWNHOMES OF KINGS LAKE HOA, INC.; KINGS LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 7 day of September , 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 32, OF KINGS LAKE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
