NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-008474, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and ANDREA M. GESTRICH A/K/A ANDREA GESTRICH; MARC P. GESTRICH A/K/A MARK GESTRICH; TENANT N/K/A EVAN GESTRICH, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A NORTHWESTERLY PART OF LOT 8, AND ALL OF LOTS 9 AND 10, IN BLOCK E-9, OF TEMPLE TERRACE ESTATES SUBDIVSION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, ON PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID NORTHWESTERLY PART OF LOT 8, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; BEGINNING AT THE NORTHERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8, AND RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 10 FEET ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 8; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 8, 30 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE WESTERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY 30 FEET TO THE WESTERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 141.04 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
