NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-022693 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MTC Investment Group, LLC is the Plaintiff, and Fab Group, LLC, PNC Bank, Bay Fabricare Cleaners & Laundry, Inc., Rita Hassan, Awad S. Hassan, Fioaz S. Hassan, Mary Jo Hassan, Nehad Mustafa, Shiren Suboh, Khaled Elfallah, and Kathleen Sullivan-Elfallah are the Defendant(s), Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on September 21, 2016, at 10:00 AM, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 100 feet of the South 230 feet of the North 250 feet of the West ½ of Lot 6, Block 10 of NORTH TAMPA HEIGHTS LAND AND DEVELOPMENT CO. according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 73 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, Less the West 25 feet thereof for road.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
