Final Judgment was awarded on May 14, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-011677, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-RS5 is the Plaintiff, and SHIRLEY JAGMOHAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHIRLEY JAGMOHAN N/K/A BERT JAHMOHAN; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; HAPSHIRE VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A VIVIAN AMIBALE; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A URIBER BROWN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
