Final Judgment was awarded on August 2, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-007778, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2005-2, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is the Plaintiff, and CONRADO OSCAR BECKLES, III; LENDERS DIRECT CAPITAL CORPORATION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CONRADO OSCAR BECKLES, III; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A FELICIA DELEMAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, AND RUN WEST 660 FEET AND NORTH 241.55 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUE NORTH 95.85 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SEABOARD COASTLINE RAILROAD THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 151.70 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 73.05 FEET; THENCE WEST, PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, AND RUN WEST 660 FEET AND NORTH 149.55 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUE NORTH 92 FEET; THENCE EAST, PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 150 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 92 FEET; THENCE WEST 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS THE WEST 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
