Hallford, Brenda G. Hallford, Michael Heimbach, Unknown Spouse of Michael Heimbach, Michael Heimbach, as Trustee Under that Certain Land Trust Dated April 26, 2010 and Referred to as The 5706 Hawkgrove Place Land Trust, Damon C. Hyde, III, Richard D. Koehler, Jr., Damon C. Hyde III, Fishhawk Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc., Capital One Bank, S&K Portfolios, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 14th of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
