NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-002660 in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and, LINDA A. EGAN, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 4th day of October,2016, the following described property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA: LOT 5, BRATCHER`S HOMESITES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
