NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 13-008639-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-27, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-27 is Plaintiff and LEAVY, ROBERT, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on December 6, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PINELLAS County, Florida as set forth in said Consent In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 42, CRYSTAL ISLAND, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
