NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2011-CA-009631 in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP , Plaintiff, and, ISABEL R. LUCIANI ISABEL LUCIANI, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 6th day of October, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 66, SUN COAST ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50 AT PAGE 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
