NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 5, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-004756-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2006-A4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-D is the Plaintiff, and PETER FORTUNATO AS TRUSTEE(S) OF THE TRUST #313016941420000980 UTD JUNE 30, 2005; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 NKA WALT PEIFER; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 NKA CINDY LORD; AYLA UTE-INGE WILLER; VILLAS OF BONNIE BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF PETER FORTUNATO AS TRUSTEE(S) OF THE TRUST #313016941420000980 UTD JUNE 30, 2005, TRUSTORS AND TRUSTEES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on September 6, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 98, VILLAS OF BONNIE BAY PHASE V REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 15 THROUGH 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
