NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-007984 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and MELODY LOVE WHITE are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 100 FEET OF LOT 1, AND THE EAST 50 FEET OF LOT 4, AND THAT PART OF THE EAST 50 FEET OF LOT 3, WHICH LIES NORTH OF THE CENTER LINE OF THAT CERTAIN DITCH DESCRIBED IN DECREE IN CHANCERY CASE #28458, SAID DECREE RECORDED IN C.O. BOOK 221, PAGE 371 (CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 752198) PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS, ALL BEING IN BLOCK 1, JOSEPH PUIG'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
