NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-003042 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Homer C. Saunders Jr. and Lisa L. Saunders, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 27, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA:
THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 46, AND LOT 45, LESS THE WEST 5 FEET THEREOF, ALL IN BLOCK 18 OF ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 65, 66 AND 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
