NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 15-001019-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-8, Plaintiff and JOHN E. FREY are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 3, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 4, WHITE`S LAKE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
