NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-008497-CO of the County Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein VIZCAYA HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff and BLACKWATER FEDERAL INVESTMENTS, LLC, CNF FINANCIAL and PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 9th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
