NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-011500-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, CHRISTOPHER WATSON BOAL A/K/A C. WATSON BOAL, et. al., are Defendants, clerk Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of September, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 8, SPITZER'S BLOCK 6 REPLAT OF FIFTH ADDITION TO HARBOR SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
