NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-2757-CO, of the County Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILLIAMSBURG OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DIANA SPENIK, DECEASED, and any and all UNKNOWN PERSONS in possession of the subject property, Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on September 16, 2016, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Unit 1085-D, WILLIAMSBURG, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4694, Page 457, and all it attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 28, Pages 108 through 111, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
commonly known as 1085 82nd Terrace North, Apt. D, St. Petersburg, FL 33702-4189,
Parcel Identification # 25-30-16-97953-008-0854.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
