NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 28, 2016, entered in Case No. 12-003096-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Christiana Trust, a division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but as Trustee of ARLP Trust 2 is the Plaintiff and James Gavin; Orange Pointe Homeowners Association Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, ORANGEPOINTE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
