IN TRUST FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC is the Plaintiff and ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; GARY GIBBS ; C. NEIL GIBBS; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY E. GIBBSA/K/A DOROTHY ELEANOR GIBBS, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are the Defendant(s).
